3. You withdraw your consent to processing as per Article 21 Section 1 GDPR and there are no overriding authorised reasons for the processing or you withdraw your consent to the processing as per Article 21 Section 2 GDPR.
4. The personal data were processed unlawfully.
5. The deletion of personal data is required to comply with a legal obligation as per Union law or the right of the member states to which we are governed by.
6. The personal data were collected in relation to offered services of information society as per Article 8 Section 1 GDPR.
If we have published personal data and we are obligated for its deletion, we shall adopt appropriate measures while taking into account the available technology and the implementation costs along with the technical type to inform those responsible for the processing of the personal data that you have demanded the deletion of all links to this personal data and / or of copies or replications of this personal data.

 

3.4 Right to Limit Processing

 

You have the right to demand that we limit processing if one of the following conditions are met:

Our website uses Google conversion tracking. If you arrive at our website via a display connected by Google, a cookie from Google AdWords is saved to your computer. The cookie for conversion tracking is set when a user clicks on a Google connected display. These cookies only remain valid for 30 days and are not used for personal identification.
